The Central Library of Akhilabhagya Post Graduate College, Ranapar, Gorakhpur, affiliated with Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, is the academic heart of the institution.

The library houses a rich and continuously expanding collection of textbooks, reference books, research publications, journals, periodicals, dictionaries, encyclopedias, and competitive examination resources across the disciplines of Arts, Science, Commerce, and Teacher Education. The resources are systematically classified and catalogued to facilitate easy access and efficient retrieval of information.

The library actively promotes independent learning and academic excellence by offering guidance services, information on higher education opportunities, research resources, and study materials for competitive examinations such as UGC-NET, UPSC, PCS, SSC, Banking, and other professional entrance examinations.
